As safety of the people is becoming a priority in all the cases therefore the government had made it mandatory to have a fire extinguisher in the building under the fire safety act order 2005. In this case special training for the use of extinguisher is been given to the staff or members of the building.
As there are different types of extinguisher with different techniques so it is important to know about the extinguisher which is being kept in the building. The need for different types of extinguisher arises because of the different type of environments in which they are used. For e.g. If you are working in a building which trade in flammable substance in that case you need to have a very strong extinguisher in comparison to the normal residential building.
There are special fire extinguisher training programs run by the extinguisher companies to train the people. These programs include hanging of extinguisher to the dispose of the used extinguisher. This way anyone working or living in the building can use the extinguisher in case of the emergency. Apart from this disaster management classes are being conducted throughout the country to teach people.
